I believe we have a good and entertaining story. It came together quickly this time.
But can we convince an agent to take us on?
Can that agent then convince a publisher to take it on?
That part seems so much up to chance and up to to some unknown by us formula of approaching agents.
Some hidden need to be connected and have a history of writing to be considered because it is a business.
It’s not about the story, but about whether you can you get readers to buy it.
But you have to be given the chance and that is always the part that hits the ego.
