It’s been a few days but that is how life works. It gets up and says face me today and not your thoughts.
That is not a terrible thing.
Did the query workshop again. How is it that writing a query was more difficult than writing a novel?
Because there must be a specific formulation that has a probability to work and deviating from that best practice will make the road more difficult to traverse.
Together we formulated a letter that sounds like it will work, based on the feedback from the group. It’s interesting to get feedback from external sources that don’t have the ties that frame our thoughts. They pose interesting questions to which the answers once seemed obvious to us.
